  2. Assign Users: Pick team members for task management. Link2Projects integrates with Act!, creating user groups for task assignments and progress tracking.
  3. Organize in Act!: Link2Projects sets up an Opportunity in Act! where all tasks, participants, and contacts are consolidated. Progress is monitored within the Opportunity, with comments and updates saved as notes and histories in Act!.
  4. Update Tasks: Assignees can log in without a Link2Projects license to update task statuses, provide feedback, and mark tasks as completed.
  5. Track Projects: Organizers can track team progress, add phases and tasks as necessary, and use various project themes for enhanced organization. Import from past projects or templates as needed.
  6. Ensure Accountability: Share projects via an online link for progress reviews. Other Act! users can view the Opportunity for updates, activity history, and completion status.
  7. Project Management Tools: Link2Projects includes project management tools like Gantt charts, goals, obstacles, reporting, and dashboards for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, all tailored for Act! users.
