Not every business has the same needs. When we built Link2forms, we included the ability to have multiple forms, follow-ups, and question types, and then we later added the ability to assign Form ownership and follow-up tasks to other users, and create Opportunities, as well. These are powerful lead capture tools, but it's fair to say that not everyone needs that many clubs in their bag.
Smaller businesses may be content with one form for the Contact Us page, and use it just to capture contact details. Asking people with such modest needs to pay for features they'll never use didn't seem practical, so we've come out with a new tier of Link2forms called Link2forms Lite.
What's different about Link2forms Lite? Well, you can view the comparison chart on our Link2forms page, but the feature differences are as follows:
only supports one web form
- only uses Contact field mapping
- no support for suppression or submission options, such as
- removing Linktivity branding
- preventing multiple submissions
- making submissions private
- hide page title
- No support for follow-up activities or assigning activities to other users
- No drip campaigns
- No Team features like Opportunity creation, changing form ownership, etc.
The Link2forms features that you get with the Lite tier are as follows:
- Recognizes existing contacts & creates new ones when the form is completed
- Automatically adds contacts to Act! group upon submission
- Admins are alerted by email of the submissions
- Detailed reporting of all results
- Supports a wide range of layout options
- Ability to create a hyperlink or embedded HMTL
- Works with the Act! Web API and K-API
- Includes all footer, intro & closing text, and form image options
The purpose of Link2forms Lite is simple. It provides a very easy & inexpensive way for our customers to add a web form that feeds into their Act! database. Link2forms Lite costs only $96 per year, which is close to half the price of Link2forms, and almost a third the price of Link2forms team.
Link2forms Lite will be available starting Wednesday, April 10th, 2024.
