This year has posed one of the toughest challenges for growing our revenue since we embarked on our Act! journey in 2007. A decade ago, our slow growth caused us significant stress and uncertainty about our business's future. However, now that we’ve been profitable for some time, we have both the strength and the opportunity to explore new avenues for creating solutions that excite our customers — and the broader Act! market.

As we've expanded and launched new initiatives, such as Link2projects, the key takeaway has not just been about the shiny new products but rather a renewed clarity on what we need to build and for whom we should be building it.

As we transition into 2025, Keystroke will evolve from being merely a product manufacturer to a comprehensive solution provider.

This commitment entails prioritizing our current projects, specifically our online chat and helpdesk services, while enhancing the features of our existing product lineup. As we develop these individual components and make them available to you, we’ll keep you updated as always.

Many of you have urged us to take this direction for years, and you may have felt that your feedback was overlooked. We want you to know that we have been listening, and we are dedicated to building a Linktivity suite that encompasses the essential trio of CRM functionalities: sales, service, and marketing.

As we approach the completion of this goal in October, we are prepared to focus on establishing each product as a leader in its category, making Act! CRM the go-to solution for small business professionals.
